facetext= Likes best: HoggerFair (annual outdoor festival), crew, head of school's advisory committee, Model United Nations, riding NMH farm horses, the dining hall's Italian specialties. Favorite class: Math, physics, French, and English—can't choose just one! People at NMH: I value the sense of community at NMH above all else. The students and faculty here are so diverse and inclusive. In my opinion there are no social cliques, and everyone is willing to express who they are without fear of being judged. My experience: I have learned a lot about morals and diversity at NMH. I know everyone grows up being told not to lie and to be nice to everyone, but you haven't experienced that world until you come here. Everyone is so nice and they're genuinely good people. After a while it rubs off on you, and you become hungry to help people and do good things for our world and all its inhabitants. Some advice: Definitely get involved your first year. I have joined a lot of clubs, organizations, and teams. You meet a lot of people through your activities, and you find interests you might never have otherwise.
