Thank you for your interest in Slate Roof Studio.
Tim Toffoli and I founded Slate Roof Studio in 2002 so we could collaborate with a variety of clients to produce high quality, smart, beautiful and leading-edge communication solutions.
We are especially passionate about working on behalf of educational and non-profit arts organizations. For the past seven years, we have had the privilege of working on a wide array of interesting projects with some of the finest organizations in the country.
Our professional backgrounds and experience — and with our extensive network of communication colleagues and collaborators — make it possible for us to produce marketing communications of all forms, including website design, graphic identity, print, video, audio podcasts, signage and multimedia. We specialize in interactive media.
We work with a wide variety of formats and media, including:
Our services can include:
Recently, we have expanded our work to include interactive map systems. Our interactive map projects include building virtual tours for Smith College, Phillips Andover Academy, and Loomis Chaffee—and, working with AvantLogic, the on-site interactive touch screen map system, “Pathfinder“ for the Art Institute of Chicago, which draws its content from the museum’s proprietary database to help visitors discover and locate a wide variety of artworks on display as well as exhibitions, daily events, and visitor amenities. Pathfinder exists as a microsite and as on-site touch-screen kiosks.
Tim and I work on all projects and, as necessary, we build teams of highly skilled professionals that are tailored to a project’s specific requirements and scope. This means our services are customized, focused and cost-effective.
We would welcome a conversation with you to learn about your marketing and communications needs and to discuss how we might work with you to develop an exciting and effective solution.
